The most preferred mode of payment for the customers is a master or visa debit card or a credit card which shall direct through a secure transaction platform. You need to furnish details of the bank and the card and the same shall get debited within minutes. A copy of the said transaction page should be saved for future references or incase of any future disputes. Cash on Delivery:

We understand that as a customer you  prefer to check your order and be absolutely sure of the goods before payment. For your  convenience, the option of  Cash on Delivery or C-o-D is also provided. Under C-o-D,money can be given at the time of delivery.

Payment by negotiable instruments:

Payment by negotaible instruments are only accepted through demand drafts drawn in the favour of ‘Kohl Retail Management’ payable at Noida and cheques need to be mailed to us at our official address mentioned in the website. Delivery of products ordered through this mode shall be made only after the demand draft is encashed or cheque is honoured. Upon the non honour of a cheque the same shall be sent back to you and the order shall stand cancelled. reserves the right to send back a cheque or demand draft if the amount is not same as the value of purchase.

Orders made through this mode of payment shall be kept aside only for a maximum period of 10 days, failing which the product shall not be sent and the demand draft or cheque shall be returned if received after the stipulated time period.

Payment by Vouchers or Coupons:

Payment by vouchers or coupons issued by or any other website on our behalf are honoured fully. Once the voucher or coupon is credited in the customer’s account with us, the remaining balance money if any can be paid by the other stipulated payment modes.


Payment Problems:

At occasional events, customers may face  payment problems during online transaction. This may be due to technical errors or other server related issues from the bank’s end. Though the mode of payment is absolutely secure it can encounter technical defaults from time to time.

When the problem is from our end, it is our duty to help you resolve the problem. You are required  to mail the details of the failed transaction at the mentioned email address or call at the  customer care number for a solution on immediate basis.

Bank Problem:

On rare occasions banks have problems in disbursing  the requisite amount of payment. This may be due to various reasons or problems faced by the bank. At times,even availabilty of funds in  the account is ignored if such problem persist from the bank’s end.In such cases, the authorization from the bank to transfer funds is delayed and henceforth the order shall stand cancelled and the same shall be intimated to you through an e-mail.

It is therfore, advisable in such cases that you should  intimidate the same to the bank officials to remove the discrepancy at the earliest. When such discrepancies are removed, you are welcome to visit us again and place your order.For your privilege, we may keep our product aside for a week upon a request of the same, with the precondition that an email shall be sent by you confirming the order and stating that the payment be made as soon as the problem from the bank’s end is rectified. The product shall be treated as sold to you after a week of such request and you are bound to pay for the same through other modes.If you fail to make the aforesaid payment, you may face legal action against you. shall not be responsible and shall bear no cost or action  for the delay or cancellation in order if the problem is from the bank’s end.

Apart from the above mentioned problems,technical errors or reasons, there may be other unknown problems which are not desirable. In such events, you may contact our office during official timings (10am-7pm,Mon-Sat)to notify us  about the problem and we shall do our best to provide you with a solution.
