30 Days Refund And Exchange Policy

 

Our aim is to get absolute satisfaction from the customer. We strive for providing you an excellent shopping experience. Our products shall fulfil your choice of colour and quality, yet if you are not 100% satisfied in terms of size or other faults, you are entitled to an exchange or refund as per the terms stated hereinafter.

Refund/Exchange on return is applicable only on clothing and under the following circumstances:

  1. If the product is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery at your door step or it does not match your specifications as per customisation or it does not represent the same product as seen while ordering, the same can be returned immediately to our courier partner or logistic partner. Please do not accept the order at the time of delivery itself and notify the same within 24 hrs. Slight differences in the colour of product as seen in the picture shall be there due to photography.
  2. The product should be in an unused, unwashed condition with the tags, labels, identification marks, pay slips intact and in their original packaging. Please ensure you mail us regarding the same and the delivery of the product back to us should be your responsibility.
  3. The product should bear no stains, dirt marks, cuts or wear and tear.

Procedure of Return:

Returns can be despatched through a reputed courier company or through a direct pick up from the delivered location.

Please ensure that the product is packaged well maintaining all reasonable and safety measures .The courier charges shall be borne solely by you.

Scrutiny:

Return is still subject to inspection, check and satisfaction of the knot4sale.com team.The goods returned to us will first be thoroughly inspected and only upon fulfilment of  all conditions refund shall be initiated.

Promotional goods or products on sale or offer may not be covered under the 30day Refund and Exchange policy.

Refund Terms:

In the event Knot4sale team agrees to your claims and accepts the return of a product, the value of such product which was paid originally at the time of confirmation of order will be refunded to you.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment.

  • Cheque
  • Credit back to account
  • Store credit

If the price of the product was paid in cash then the refund will be processed through cheque.

If the payment for goods purchased was done through debit or credit card or internet banking then the amount will be credited back to its issuing account by us or our partner.

Store credits will be given to the customer to purchase goods in the future as per their use and choice.

Stipulated Time Period:

All refunds shall be made in the following stipulated time period:

1. Orders paid online will be refunded within 10-15 working days through the online account

2. C-o-d orders shall be sent a cheque within 7-8 working days.

Services:

Your request shall be processed only after you mail us at return@knot4sale.com within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery*.

At every step an updated feedback will be given to the customer. A return authorization mail and after the matter is settled, a closure mail will be initiated for convenience of both parties.

Waiver of Liability:

Return and Refund Policy is not applicable on Jewellery, swimsuits, inner wears, beauty products and fragrances.

Legal Liability:

We shall process all your requests but in case such requests of refund are based on baseless and frivolous claims regarding the quality match of the products or its raw material or colour match, the same shall not be entertained and Knot4sale.com reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you shall be solely liable for costs incurred in this process.

 

*Date of delivery means the date at which the package has been handed over to the logistic courier   partner and not the date on which it is received by the customer.
